  • Shipping Coverage : We currently ship across India. For specific pin code availability, please check during checkout or contact our support team.
  • Shipping Charges : Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on certain order values or promotional events, which will be clearly mentioned on the site.
  • Order Tracking : Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
  • Delays & Responsibility : While we strive for timely deliveries, Jazzberry is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues).
  • Non-Delivery / Return to Sender : In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you for reshipping (additional charges may apply).
